Deli — Terms & Conditions

Deli is operated by Symbios Labs LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”).

By creating an account or using Deli, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Deli is a recipe and cookbook management app that allows users to save, organize, create, and share recipes and cookbooks.

Content may be private or shared publicly by users.

2. User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old.

Users between 13-17 must have parental consent

We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in Deli.

By using Deli, you grant Symbios Labs LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute your content within Deli

This license is required to operate the platform.

You agree not to post content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any applicable law.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Upload copyrighted recipes you do not own
• Copy content without permission or impersonate another person
• Post harmful or illegal material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Abuse or harass other users
• Scrape or copy content without permission
• Use the App to spam or harass others
• Use Deli for any unlawful purpose

5. Deli+ Subscription

Deli offers a premium subscription ("Deli+") at $3.99/month or $30.00/year.

Deli+ provides access to premium features including unlimited cookbooks, premium themes, and exclusive badges.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription in your App Store settings.

6. Marketplace (Future Feature)

Deli may introduce a marketplace allowing users to sell cookbooks.

Symbios Labs LLC will take a 30% commission on all sales. Creators receive 70%.

7. Termination & Platform Rights

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or change the service at any time.

We are not responsible for data loss.

8. Disclaimer

Deli provides recipe organization tools only.

Deli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee Deli will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We do not guarantee accuracy, nutrition, or dietary safety.

Use Deli at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Symbios Labs LLC is registered and the United States.
