Symbios Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the Deli mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Deli.

Account Information

We collect your name, email address, and username when you create an account.

Content You Create

We store recipes, cookbooks, fridge items, and meal plans you create in the App.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the App including features used and actions taken.

Photos

Photos you upload for recipes, cookbooks, and profile pictures are stored securely using Firebase Storage.

Device Information

We may collect device type, operating system, and IP address for security and analytics purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the App
• To sync your data across devices
• To send notifications you have enabled
• To display your public profile and content
• To prevent fraud and abuse

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, hosted in the United States. By using Deli, you consent to your data being transferred to and stored in the United States.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except:

• Service providers (Firebase/Google) necessary to operate the App
• Payment processors for Deli+ subscriptions
• When required by law

6. Your Rights

• Access your personal data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Update your profile information at any time
• Opt out of non-essential notifications

7. Children's Privacy

Deli is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@deliapp.io.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use of Deli after changes constitutes acceptance.
